01- Stacy Lattisaw - Dynamite!
02- The Jacksons - Lovely One
03- T.S. Monk - Bon Bon Vie
04- George Benson - Give Me the Night
05- BT Express - Do It Till You're Satisfied
06- Steely Dan - Hey Nineteen
07- Swing Out Sister - Surrender
08- Ingram - Mi Sabrina Tequana (My Sister's Daughter)
09- Kenny G - Do Me Right
10- Gwen Guthrie - Padlock
11- Joyce Sims - Come into My Life
12- S.O.S. Band - No One's Gonna Love You
13- 21st Century - Remember the Rain
14- Johnny Guitar Watson - We're No Exception
15- Stevie Wonder - Rocket Love

The grooves of Stacy Lattisaw and The Jacksons, which are a staple, make way to T.S. Monk. Bon Bon Vie slides right into George Benson's Give Me The Night, a Quincy Jones production. BT Express' Do It Til You're Satisfied is a nice little groove, paving the way for Steely Dan and Swing Out Sister.

The Ingram Family (shortened as simply Ingram while recording), has a great instrumental, Mi Sabrina Tequana (My Sister's Daughter). Kenny G surfaces on this mix with Do Me Right, paving the way for Gwen Guthrie, Joyce Sims, and the SOS Band.

A big discussion while I was in Chicago last weekend brought 21st Century's Remember The Rain to the surface, while Belve worked it out for me and requested We're No Exception, with T. Grundy lending a hand when I needed. I then end the set with a Stevie classic, Rocket Love.

There's more in the podcast of course , so if you're inclined, take a listen. Hope you enjoy. For those who'd like to subscribe to these podcasts, enter this link manually into iTunes. If you have requests, send an email to ejflavors [@] gmail [.] com. Take it light!

01- Ohio Players - Skin Tight
02- The Brothers Johnson - The Real Thing
03- Herb Alpert - Keep Your Eye on Me
04- Michael Jackson - Rock With You
05- Steely Dan - Do It Again
06- Basia - New Day for You
07- Swing Out Sister - Notgonnachange
08- Jermaine Jackson - You Like Me Don't You
09- Donald Byrd - Lansanna's Priestess
10- Earth, Wind & Fire - Evil
11- Angela Bofill - Under The Moon And Over The Sky
12- Ephraim Lewis - Drowning in Your Eyes
13- Stylistics - Hurry Up This Way Again
14- War - Baby It's Cold Outside

Ohio Players came via a request from luv Sels and I was happy to oblige. The Brothers Johnson is followed by one of my favorite instrumentals produced by Jam and Lewis, Keep Your Eye On Me. Michael's Rock With You and Steely Dan's Do It Again are staples, which lead into Basia's New Day For You from her eponymous CD.

I'm continuing the request of Swing Out Sister and Jermaine Jackson, thanks to Big La, with Notgonnachange and You Like Me, Don't You. Earth Wind and Fire's Evil and Angela Bofill's Under The Moon and Over The Sky are followed by Ephraim's most popular cut, Drowning In Your Eyes. This is concluded with the Stylistics and War's tracks, Hurry Up This Way Again and Baby It's Cold Outside.

There's more in the podcast of course, so if you're inclined, take a listen. Hope you enjoy. For those who'd like to subscribe to these podcasts, enter this link manually into iTunes. If you have requests, send an email to ejflavors [@] gmail [.] com. Take it light!

In this collaboration we give you 16 of the finest cuts delivered by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. We cover both from the writing and production point of view (which they are well known for) as well as their executive production utility, as witnessed through such fine acts as Mint Condition. We even pull two tracks from the Mo' Money soundtrack. We give you fast cuts (The Time's Data Bank to Karyn White's Weakness), andthen slow it down from Janet's The Body That Loves You to Human League's Human. We give you a taste of the new jack, with New Edition and Krush, and drop it to a mellow conclusion with Mint Condition's U Send Me Swingin' to Sounds Of Blackness' Optimistic.

I'd be typing all night if I told you about each track, so as usual we've provided more for you in the podcast as we give you our takes on the tracks provided.
