DJ Spinna and Christian Ulrich vibe nicely, as does Stephanie Cooke. The cuts with Sean Escoffery and Blaze are two of my favorite house cuts from recent past. Madonna’s Inside of Me has been on my mind for weeks now thanks to Old School Wednesdays. Sex God is one of the many great cuts from Brand New Heavies’ Get Used To It. Nelly Furtado’s Showtime stands out as one of my favorite tracks from Loose, with its great arrangement in 6/8 time. While Aya’s Soul Flower is well known, E.M.B.R.A.C.E by Society of Soul may not be. Think Organized Noise/Sleey Brown. Donell Jones’ I’m Gonna Be is from Journey of a Gemini, while N’Dambi is available on Tunin’ Up And Cosignin’. Janita’s Seasons of Life, Quintessence’s 5AM and Corinne Bailey Rae’s eponymous CD are great CDs and are great considerations for my 5 after 6, coming soon.

This mix, of course, is available on Flowink, along with So Sincere’s, so check it out there also. Vibe with me.

I couldn’t stand Nelly Furtado’s voice when she first came on the scene, but she’s winning me over with this latest album.
